Requesting a Quote — How It Works
We work on a quote basis rather than fixed online pricing, so every order is tailored to your quantities, branding, and delivery needs. Here’s what to expect when you request a quote.
How does requesting a quote work?
Browse our shop and add the products you’re interested in to your quote list, then submit your request. Submitting a request does not create a binding order — our team reviews it and sends you a formal quotation covering pricing, customization options, quantities, and delivery timelines. Your order is only confirmed once you accept that quotation.
How long until I hear back?
Our team reviews every quote request personally and gets back to you with full pricing, customization details, and estimated delivery timelines. If your request is time-sensitive, feel free to mention that when you submit it, or reach us directly via our Contact Us page.
Can I customize or brand items?
Yes — customization and branding are central to what we do. We offer advanced customization techniques to help you tailor products to your brand’s look and requirements. For customized or branded items, you’ll review and approve the artwork and specifications before production begins.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimum order quantities vary by product. Let us know the quantity you’re considering when you submit your quote request, and we’ll confirm what’s available for that item — including any pricing breaks for larger orders.
How do I pay?
We accept payment by bank transfer, online payment, and cash. Payment terms — including any deposit required before production begins — will be specified in your quotation or order confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you’ve accepted a quotation, you can request changes or cancel your order any time before production starts or the goods are dispatched, whichever comes first. Once production has started, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.
