We supply corporate gifting products, including customised and branded items, to businesses and organisations. Product descriptions, images, and pricing shown on this website are for general reference only and do not constitute a binding offer.

Quote requests

Orders are handled on a quote basis. Submitting a quote request through our website does not create a binding contract. A binding order is only formed once we issue a formal quotation and you confirm acceptance of that quotation, including agreed pricing, specifications, quantities, and delivery terms.

Pricing and payment

All prices are confirmed at the time of quotation and may be subject to change until a quote is formally accepted. We accept payment by bank transfer, online payment, and cash. Payment terms (including any deposit or advance payment required before production begins) will be specified in your quotation or order confirmation.

Order changes and cancellations

Once you have accepted a quotation, you may request changes or cancellation of your order at any time before production has started or before the goods have been dispatched, whichever comes first. Once production has started or goods have been dispatched, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Delivery

Delivery timelines will be confirmed as part of your accepted quotation. While we make every effort to meet agreed delivery dates, timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including customisation requirements, supplier availability, and shipping conditions.

Product customisation and accuracy

For customised or branded items, it is your responsibility to review and approve artwork, branding, and specifications before production begins. We are not liable for errors in customisation that were approved by you prior to production.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Luxury Trading L.L.C. and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luxury Trading L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from any order, beyond the value of the order in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
